Andaman Beach Suites Hotel, Patong Phuket

Hello there, I reserved the hotel to stay in the twer, but when I was trying to check in they give me room in anther Belding not that twer shows in the picture, it was small blading 3 or 4 floor only, I asked the front desk to change the room and they

told me you have to pay 2000 bhat which is ---$ per day to stay in the twer.  I will give the hotel 2 or 3 start only, because I pay this price to stay in the twer not small building.

The breakfast was very good. Tasty and varied.Swimming pools are the best - large and clean. One with warm water, the other one - refreshing.

Everything was just fine.

The hotel is in a perfect position. Not far from the see not far from Bangala, not far from Central. The rooms are big, clean, and the ones on the sea view are amazing. Staff are guest satisfaction oriented and the manager Orn try in all way to satisfy your needs. The hotel is family oriented. Breakfast is varied with Asian cuisine, but also with specialities for westerns. Of course, quality comes at a price and the hotel invests a lot in quality. Definitely a hotel to consider if you have the right budget.

Nutella is missing from breakfast. The chocolate served is not the same. Of the two machines that prepare espresso and cappuccino, only one is usually working, which sometimes creates queues.

Great location, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and markets. The hotel facilities are amazing, spacious room with balcony with a view, 2 large and warm swimming pools and a fully equipped gym made me feel very comfortable during my stay.The hotel service is outstanding, super friendly staff, always smiling and welcoming. Thai people you are amazing! They are really good on those little details like: making sure that the breakfast buffet was always full and the room cleaning service was impeccable. We tried room service and laundry service as well and they exceeded our expectations. This was definitely worth the price and I would love to come back next time.

The room I stayed had a glass door for the bathroom. Only the bottom half was frosted glass. If you stand up and walk inside the room, you can see someone using the toilet. If you and your partner have been together for decades and you’re used to seeing each other at the toilet this won’t be a problem for you. But if you prefer a little more privacy when doing your business, this can make you a bit uncomfortable. I would suggest to the hotel to make the whole door frosted glass instead of just the bottom half.

The bed was not as expected to be good as will known hotel, there was to many unnecessary instructions in the hotel

The views were amazing as was the room. Fab balcony on 14th floor with views the whole length of Patong Beach. Large room cleaned daily. Lovely massage round corner at Healthlands....mature women, great price, fab service.A good walk from Jungceylon and Bangla Road so prepare to be hot. Taxi from hotel to Jungceylon ( opposite Bangla rd) 200 baht. Taxi from Jungceylon back to hotel 500 baht!! Maybe call hotel for lift back.Swimming pools were large and clean, lots of space, infinity pool very relaxing although swim up pool bar was not open whilst we were there.

The breakfast, although a good choice, was predominantly sweet stuff such as choc croissants, sugary juices not fresh, very little Thai food, very 'processed' even yoghurt was flavoured.The sewage smell from the bathroom was quite overpowering even on 14th floor. Had to plug bath ( nice bath but taps would not turn on) and flush toilet even when not using it to get rid of smell.First night went up to Sky lounge to have a couple of cocktails to watch the sun going down over the ocean. Pina Colada and Bloody Mary.....no alcohol in either..hen asking the bar staff they just smirked and said sorry!!! Went to front desk and complained and said we would not pay for the 'cocktails'. They offered another drink if we went back up but we eventually pushed for a void of invoice due to staff attitude at Sky Lounge.Not enough chairs round pool for guests.Price was so much higher than a couple of years ago.

Andaman was such a beautiful hotel. Our room was upgraded on arrival which was absolutely wonderful. Our room was huge, so clean and comfortable. We were greeted at the pool while we were waiting by an advisor their Gerard who made us feel so welcome and brought us out some lovely fruits and we chatted for ages and gave us loads of advice about the place. Such a friendly hotel.

Hotel was lovely. Very good location. Close to beach. Pool area was very good. Rooms were very nice. Food was not great. My husband got food poisoning on the first day after eating steak. Room service was only done once in the 3 nights we stayed. Staff were nice and helpful

We watched this Annex to Andaman Beach Suites being built. We went to the property before it was even built, 20 years ago. We have watched the development of the area over the years we have visited, with more facilities now available in the area. However, the company need to replace the towels and bed linen which we found to be almost threadbare. There was no hot water in the bathroom basin where there was a boiler plugged in underneath: the plug was taped into the socket with electrical tape. None of this would put me off staying there again.We love the area for its peace and quiet but accessibility for all areas of Phuket. Andaman Beach Suites and their annex is exceptionally clean and kept well maintained and all of the staff friendly and helpful.

Fantastic pool. Marvellous breakfast. Excellent location. Have stayed at this resort 3 times now and have always been very pleased with everything. Will definitely stay here again.

Stay was too short.There was nothing that I would change

Best hotel so far :) I was thinking about booking here or in another area of phuket..and finally chose andaman beach suites and i",m glad i did..it's in a quiet area and perfect location for going round...room was very spacious..(we were in the next building of the main hotel).and it was lovely...breakfast was the best so far..and even the restaurant of the hotel was very qood with reasonable prices :)

Everything was perfect, the staff were always helpfull, the view from the room incredible, the place was clean, nothing to complain about

Only one little issue, I would like the blinder between the bathroom and the room to be denser, but other than that all was great ??

Nice front view , good size balcony

The walls are too thin , we could have hear our next door people talking and smoking too! All that smells would come to our room . That’s unacceptable!

Location and room were amazing! View was stunning

Not many loungers by the pool, and as only one staff working the pool bar it could take awhile to get your drinks

There was a lovely person that worked there and the name is Rio. Very bubbly and sweet person.- we also loved the new years evening dinner, it was amazing.

Everything was good until we needed a taxi to get to the airport but this service was the worst out of all the hotels we've been to .We almost missed our flight because of that.

It was within a good walking distance to the beach, markets and Bang La Rd. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was great, lots of variety to choose from. Beautiful place to stay. Will definitely be back.

They originally didn't mention that i would be living in a separate building which is next to the actual hotel, and every time you have to go front and. the breakfast spread was very sad, reception staff didn't give a very welcome feeling.

Location of hotel was good. View was good.

Seal on window facing ocean wasn't very good and when windy it would whistle a lot. The shower was cold water the first 3 days, they fixed the hot water 3-4 times in the first 3 days and kept breaking. Bed was very hard. My girlfriend joined me after a few days and as she was female companion they wanted 1000 baht a night.
